Welcome to Cresthaven Elementary PTA!
The purpose of the PTA is to support the faculty, staff, parents, and most importantly our students. Your new PTA has been busy exploring programs, events, and opportunities aimed at enhancing the educational environment for our students this year. Some of our goals are to bring more cultural art, community events and provide educational workshops for parents and fun, family-friendly events.
We are aiming for 100% of Cresthaven families to be members of the PTA. Many parents think that joining the PTA means they are obligated to volunteer. This does NOT mean you must volunteer. It does mean that you can vote at PTA general meetings, shows that you are supporting your child by bringing money into our school and that you want to hear whats going on with your child's education and help us to speak out on behalf of your child.
YOUR MEMBERSHIP DOES MAKE A DIFFERENCE!
Another way to show your support is to participate in the many events and programs that we are planning for the year. Your participation could be that of a committee member, volunteer, or as an attendee. Whatever level of participation you select, your time and involvement will certainly be appreciated.
